Eligible Returns

Most Babyfie products are eligible for return, provided that:

1. The return request is initiated within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
2. 360 angle opening video is compulsory for return request.
3. All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Customized or personalized products.
2. Pre-order products made specifically for customers.
3. Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4. Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
5. Any item marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the eligible return period with your order details.

reverse pickup is not available, you will be required to self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Return Charges

1. Self-Shipped Returns: ₹499 per item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

These charges will be paid by customer.

Quality Inspection

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Returns will only be approved if the product meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

If the returned product fails the quality inspection, Babyfie reserves the right to reject the return request and send the product back to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

Kindly provide:

1. Your Order Number
2. 360 angle clear opening video.
3. Clear photographs of the product showing the issue.
4. A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
